1. Clients who have signed the ACH mandate
• For such clients billing is done after the services are rendered. Since there is no advance payment in such cases and hence no provision for refunds applies.
2. Clients who have not signed the ACH mandate
• For such clients fees has to be paid in advance.
• If the clients wishes to terminate the agreement, they have to give notice of one quarter (3 months). To the extent advance fee collected is more than a quarter, such amount would be refunded within 3 working days.
